Your satisfaction in the products we offer and the service we provide are our primary focus. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund. Merchandise purchased on our warrior shoes shop may be returned for a refund or exchange within 45 days of purchase if it meets the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be returned in original condition within 45 days of purchase. Returns received after 45 days will not be accepted. Original condition is defined as: 
    • Material must be unworn and unaltered
    • Merchandise must be in its original packaging.  Do not affix tape or address labels directly to the surface of the shoe box.

Refunds on returns will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product amount. Shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded from original purchase, only the total amount of the products ordered.

Returns Process

  • Contact us for the return reason
  • Ship items to the address we given in their original packaging. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages. Warrior Shoes Shop does not assume responsibility for lost shipments. We do not credit shipping costs for returned orders. 

 

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive your item(s). All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 4-8 business days of our warehouse receiving it. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly printed statement. You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return.

361 Degrees is not able to accept return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than our online shop. To return products purchased at another store, please return product to the retail location where it was purchased. 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your merchandise for a different style or size, please make a note on your packing slip of the size/style you wish to exchange for and include this slip in your shipment. If you packing slip was misplaced, please contact us and we will issue you a new one.
